Station Buffet
We find that encouraging the guests to mingle with one another as opposed to a sit down affair enhances
some social occasions.  We create the atmosphere by arranging round tables throughout the room and
loading them with a variety or finger foods.  All items included on three tables as follows:

Beef Station:
Sliced Roast Beef in Au Jus, Miniature Rolls & Condiments

Hot Hors D’oeuvres:
Chicken Drumettes & Cocktail Sausages, Choice of Swedish or Barbecue Meatballs

Cold Hors D’oeuvres:
Fresh Marinated Mushrooms, Relish Trays with Ranch Dip (Variety or Fresh in-season Vegetables)

Fruit and Cheese Table:
Variety of Fresh in-season Fruits & Assorted sharp & mild Cheese Wedges served with Crackers
