Single Entree Buffet
The single entree buffet is a great menu option for those looking for a smaller feast. The single entree buffet consists of one entree, a potato option, a vegetable option, tossed salad, rolls, and the choice of a fresh fruit bowl or dessert.

Lightly breaded and baked boneless, skinless chicken breast Spiral ham baked and served in a warm
topped with cheese, a cream sauce, stuffing, and baked again. glaze.

Boneless chicken lightly breaded in an Italian seasoning blend Oven roasted beef sliced and served with hot
and baked. au jus.
Italian Baked Chicken Lasagna
Fresh baked chicken breast, legs, wings, and thighs seasoned in Traditional lasagna with ground beef,
an Italian herb mix. marinara sauce, and three different cheeses.
Chicken Penne Alfredo Baked Ziti
Penne pasta, blackened boneless chicken, Ziti pasta with sweet Italian sausage, sautéed
onions and peppers all tossed in a rich Alfredo. onions and peppers, and homemade marinara.

Coffee:
If you would like coffee at your event, it is available for an additional cost. The cost is $150 for approximately 100 people. We provide styrofoam cups, stir sticks, creamer, and sugar packets.

Bar Services:
Complete bar set-up includes cups, cocktail napkins, garnishes, ice, assorted sodas, juice and mixers. Bartenders will not hesitate to refuse service to intoxicated guests. While we encourage your guests to have fun, safety is our top priority. This service is $2.95 per person at a maximum of six hours. Bartenders are $150 each. We do not provide stand-alone bar services outside of our catered events.
