BUFFET

The station buffet is a trendy menu option. This option enhances a social atmosphere great for mingling. We have listed our most popular station options below, but we are more than happy to customize stations to fit your event's needs.

 

Station Buffet Options:

(Includes starter station)

Taco Bar: $15.00 p.p.

-2 protein options: seasoned pulled chicken, beef brisket, pulled pork

-Corn totilla shells- hard or soft

-Taco toppings: lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese, guacamole, sour cream

-Two sides: Spanish rice, refried beans, black beans, chips and salsa

 

BBQ Slider Bar: $15.00 p.p.

-2 protein options: seasoned pulled chicken, beef brisket, pulled pork      

-Slider buns

-Slider toppings: BBQ sauces, choice of cheese, pickled onion 

-Two sides: baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad

 

 

Homemade Spud Bar:

-Homemade mashed or baked potato

-Potato toppings: sour cream, bacon, shredded cheese, butter, chives

-The homemade spud bar can be substituted or added for an additional charge

 

Coffee:

If you would like coffee at your event, it is available for an additional cost. The cost is $150 for approximately 100 people. We provide styrofoam cups, stir sticks, creamer, and sugar packets. 

Bar Services:

Complete bar set-up includes cups, cocktail napkins, garnishes, ice, assorted sodas, juice and mixers. Bartenders will not hesitate to refuse service to intoxicated guests. While we encourage your guests to have fun, safety is our top priority. This service is $3.95 per person at a maximum of six hours. Bartenders are $150 each. We do not provide stand-alone bar services outside of our catered events. 

        

 

     Multiple stations:

We will collaborate with you to create a multi station menu, however the price will vary depending on the menu created. The homemade spud bar can be added to any station for an additional $8.00 p.p. The homemade spud bar can be substituted for an additional $4.00 p.p.

Additional costs will be incurred for bar set up, bartenders, linen service, caterers, food upgrades, etc.

   Minimums:

  •    200+ guests or $3,000 to book a full service event

  •    Plus 20% gratuity for any full service
